About Deepak Prakash

Deepak Prakash has extensive experience in the field of UPSC. His academic credentials are noteworthy as he finished his Masters in International Relations from University of Indianapolis, Indianapolis, Indiana, USA with a CGPA of 3.82 out of 4. Further, he is also an alumnus of University of Delhi (Gold Medallist of Political Science in his college) as well as Jawaharlal Nehru University.

For his impeccable academic track record, he has been bestowed with Life time membership of the American National Political Science Honors Society. He has written many research paper including on Boko Haram, Federalism and Glocalization, and many more.

It was his desire to serve the society which persuaded him to leave the USA and start preparing for UPSC. He himself has appeared in multiple UPSC Mains and Interview.

He was an ex-faculty of Political Science and International Relations (PSIR) Optional as well as General Studies 2 at Aspire IAS, Delhi, and ACQ IAS, Bhubaneswar.

Since he always wanted to give back to his society in Bihar, he along with Manoj Kumar Ranjan have decided to setup their own institute in Patna where focus would be not on rote learning but developing personality traits so that students can become not just a good civil servant but also a change maker. Today, his continuous effort in this direction has led to successful establishment of M&R IAS at 302, Ashiana Majestic, Boring Road, Patna-1 which is now providing round the clock classes for UPSC, BPSC and UPPSC.

About Manoj Kumar Ranjan

Manoj Kumar Ranjan has done his Masters in Political Science. He has been, since very beginning, involved in various philanthropist activities. Since 2005, he has been actively involved with globally renowned NGO Red Cross with an aim to help many needy. His determination to help civil services aspirants was a major cause he decided to support Deepak Prakash and together they decided to establish this institution.
