About M&R IAS

M&R IAS is one of the most renowned institute to prepare for Civil Services Examinations conducted by UPSC. The institute is founded by Manoj Kumar Ranjan and Deepak Prakash with a specific mission in mind: To make UPSC Preparation accessible, and affordable in a city like Patna. Our founders own experience has resulted today in an institute that has a vision to transform each aspirant aspirations into reality. Our founders want to make sure that UPSC preparation remains accessible to everyone irrespective of their caste, class, gender, place, language or other diversities.

We are also proud to have a team of faculty members who are highly qualified, experienced and dynamic. Their collective dedication, hard work, and exam oriented approach can help the aspirants to meet the changing demands of UPSC while allowing them to avoid jittery and anxiety associated with civil services exam.

Why M&R

M&R IAS began primarily by offering guidance for Political Science and IR optional and GS2. The name Deepak Prakash is synonymous with Optional Political Science and International relations and General Studies 2. His own pedagogical skills and his understanding of subject makes the PSIR optional easy and enjoyable for aspirants. Since PSIR subject overlaps nearly with 50% of the General Studies syllabus (the whole GS2 overlaps with PSIR) and is also very relevant for the Essay paper, the next logical step was to offer guidance for General Studies with best faculties. It was this vision that has persuaded Deepak Sir to come out with a platform where an aspirant can get “A to Z” support to clear civil services examination. We at M&R strive to provide comprehensive support for UPSC, BPSC & UPPSC.

At M&R IAS, we do not believe in mere rote learning but our focus is on holistic development of personality of an aspirant so that after becoming an officer she/he displays those traits confidently and serve mother India with utmost honesty and dedication. Using Seminar as a tool to reach in hinterland

At M&R IAS, we do believe that UPSC or any Civil Services do require more committed aspirants and we strive to find such committed aspirants through district level seminar. The intention is to reach to hinterland where there are still too many misconceptions associated with Civil services aspirations. These seminar aims to remove those misconceptions and bring more dedicated aspirants into serious preparation.
